 CONTEST RULES: Open to legal residents of the United States, age 18 or older. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories &possessions & wherever prohibited by law. Employees and their immediate families (and those living in the same household) of SIU Alumni Association or Silkworm, Inc., are not eligible to enter or win. Enter by following the links to the SIU Alumni Association Online Store survey. Enter your information truthfully and completely in the online survey. Requirements include, but are not limited to entering your real first & last names,  phone number,and email address. Limit one entry per person and E-mail address. Multiple or duplicate entries will be disqualified. SIU Alumni Association and Silkworm,Inc. are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, misaddressed,or otherwise misdirected entries that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error. Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on August 2, 2010. Random drawings will be conducted by SIU Alumni Association whose decisions are final and binding.Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. No purchase necessary to enter or receive a prize. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Contest period age. If no postal address has been provided by an entrant who is selected as a potential winner, that potential winner will be notified by e-mail. Should this be the case, three attempts will be made to contact the winner by e-mail within a 14-day period. If the potential winner fails to respond within 14 days of the last attempt or if the e-mail attempt is consistently undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified.(Contestants are responsible for notifying SIU Alumni Association of changes in e-mail addresses or postal addresses by emailing SIU Alumni Association.)  Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winners’ names,hometowns, likenesses, prize won and photographs for online posting, and/or any advertising and publicity without additional compensation. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of winners. SIU Alumni Association and Silkworm Inc.. reserves the right to withhold taxes or other payments as deemed by it necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable law.
