Annual Membership:  $40 Individual  $60 Joint (individual plus one other, both residing at same address)

Life Membership: $700 (single payment) 
Life Membership Installments: $800 (4 payments of $200.00/year)

Joint Life Membership: $900 (single payment) 
Joint Life Membership Installments: $1000 (4 payments of $250.00/year)
