Student Programs and Services

Student Alumni Council (SAC)
The Student Alumni Council is an organization devoted to university and community service at SIU and in the Carbondale area. 

Extern Program
Extern is a week long program during Spring Break designed to give SIU students an opportunity to shadow career professionals in their area of study.


Are you a model Saluki?  Do you know someone who is?  Nominate them for Southern's most prestigious senior recognition award.

Class Ring
The official Southern Illinois University class ring is the common bond between past, present and future graduates.  Are you a part of the tradition?

Scholarships
The SIU Alumni Association is proud to offer over 15 scholarships to incoming and current SIU students.
